These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are entered into between you and Sparkle Squad LLC, including affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Sparkle Squad”), and apply to any website or service on which it is placed, including but not limited to the Sparkle Squad website, currently located at [Insert Website URL] (the “Website”), and Sparkle Squad’s cleaning and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

BY CLICKING “I AGREE” OR SIMILAR CONFIRMATION OR BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU USE THE SERVICE ON BEHALF OF AN ORGANIZATION, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT ORGANIZATION TO THESE TERMS, AND “YOU” REFERS TO THE ORGANIZATION.

1. UPDATES Sparkle Squad reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You are deemed to accept any Update by continuing to use the Service. Unless stated otherwise, an Update is automatically effective 30 days after posting.
2. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE AND SUBSCRIPTION 2.1 Age of Access. You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Website. If you have accessed the Service and are not of the age of majority, you must cease use immediately. 2.2 Accounts and Login Information. Access to the Website may require registering an account with Sparkle Squad (each, an “Account”). You may be required to obtain a user ID and password (“Login Information”). You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Login Information and must notify Sparkle Squad immediately of any unauthorized use. 2.3 Subscription. Sparkle Squad grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription to access the Website and use features associated with your Account.
3. ESTIMATES Sparkle Squad may provide estimates for services that are not binding and may vary significantly from actual costs. Estimates are based on information provided by you. Inaccurate or false information will affect the accuracy of the estimates. Sparkle Squad is not obligated to verify information, including details about locations or property conditions.
4. USE OF THE SERVICE 4.1 Authorized Use. You may not: a. Provide false or inaccurate information; b. Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code of the Service; c. Circumvent security features; d. Use automated systems to access the Service; e. Reproduce, modify, or distribute the Service without authorization; f. Disrupt or harm the Service or other users’ experience; g. Store or transmit infringing, unlawful, or harmful materials; h. Use the Service for competitive purposes; i. Harass or impersonate others; j. Sell, rent, or sublicense the Service unless expressly permitted; k. Engage in illegal activity; or l. Infringe on third-party rights. 4.2 Suspension and Termination. Sparkle Squad may suspend or terminate access to your Account or the Website for any reason, including non-compliance with these Terms. Termination is effective immediately upon notice or your cessation of use. You may terminate your Account by contacting Sparkle Squad. 4.3 Privacy Policy. Use of the Website is governed by Sparkle Squad’s Privacy Policy, available at https://sparklesquad.com/privacy-policy/. If you disagree with the Privacy Policy, discontinue use immediately.
5. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS 5.1 Ownership. Sparkle Squad retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or its related software. 5.2 User Content. By submitting content to Sparkle Squad, you grant a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content without obligation or compensation.
6. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 6.1 DISCLAIMER. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” SPARKLE SQUAD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR RISK. 6.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. SPARKLE SQUAD IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 6.3 MAXIMUM LIABILITY. IF ANY LIABILITY IS FOUND, SPARKLE SQUAD’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. 6.4 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Sparkle Squad for claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms. 6.5 Waiver of Jury Trial. You waive your right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
7. GENERAL 7.1 No Joint Relationship. No joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship is created by these Terms. 7.2 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. 7.3 Severability and Waiver. Invalid provisions do not affect enforceability of remaining terms. 7.4 Assignment. Sparkle Squad may assign these Terms without notice. You may not assign them. 7.5 Survival. Sections 1 and 3 to 7 survive termination. 7.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Sparkle Squad.

You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Sparkle Squad. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at privacy@sparklesquad.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.
