Their mission is simple: deliver outstanding exterior cleaning services with integrity and a personal touch.
Meet Chris: A Leader in Precision and Safety
Chris brings more than 20 years of experience in aviation maintenance as a licensed A&P mechanic. Prior to starting Sparkle Squad, he led a team of 15–20 aircraft mechanics, developing a strong foundation in safety, precision, and leadership. These qualities now drive Sparkle Squad’s commitment to high-quality, professional service.
Meet Caryn: A Heart for Helping Others
Caryn has spent 16 years in the healthcare field, including oncology nursing, and currently works in sales. Her background is grounded in compassion, relationship-building, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences—values that shine through in the way Sparkle Squad serves its clients.
Rooted in North Texas
Originally from Tampa, Florida, Caryn and Chris have called the Dallas Metroplex home for over 12 years. They live in the area with their two daughters (ages 16 and 12) and three beloved dogs. When they’re not serving customers, the Cox family enjoys traveling, working on DIY home projects, and spending sunny days at Lake Ray Hubbard with family and friends.

Giving Back Locally
The Cox family actively supports their local school district through the Education Foundation, Athletic Booster programs, and PTO involvement. As their business grows, they look forward to deepening their support for local nonprofits, including Collin County Habitat for Humanity and Samaritan Inn McKinney.
