Meet Jennifer
Jennifer holds a BA from Friends University in Wichita, KS, and boasts over 20 years of experience in the Export Compliance field. She has deep expertise in the rules and regulations related to manufacturing and shipping and has trained and developed countless individuals throughout her career. Jennifer has worked closely with Project Management teams and leaders to mitigate risks of non-compliance, preventing potential fines and penalties.
Meet Troy
Troy has a rich career spanning multiple Fortune 500 companies. As a senior global product manager, he has led, developed, and mentored associates worldwide. Troy has managed every aspect of his products, from ideation and business planning to delivery and go-to-market strategies. An innovator at heart, Troy holds multiple patents and has launched a variety of award-winning products. He is known for his strong customer advocacy, ensuring his products consistently meet and exceed expectations.
Their Interests
They are passionate about outdoor activities, whether it’s gardening, attending shows at Kansas City’s numerous outdoor venues, or enjoying a quiet drink on a favorite patio. They love exploring new places, visiting art, home, and garden shows, and indulging in pop culture. With a collection of over 7,000 comics, they are regular attendees of Comic-Con, particularly KC’s Planet Comic-Con. We face everything as a team and are always excited about their next adventure.
Their Home – Kansas City, Missouri
They’ve called Kansas City, Missouri home for the past 20 years and have witnessed its incredible evolution. Known initially for its world-class BBQ, KC is now celebrated for so much more. It’s a sports lover’s paradise with the Super Bowl-winning KC Chiefs, World Series-winning KC Royals, the stellar KC Sporting soccer team, and the pioneering KC Current women’s soccer stadium. They are deeply connected to this vibrant city and are proud to be a part of its community.
Their Motivation
After years in the corporate world, they were ready to make a more meaningful impact on our employees and the community. They are thrilled to start a new company and build a unique culture that reflects our values and the spirit of Kansas City—integrity, inclusivity, and hard work. Their goal is to make everyone sparkle!

They support various causes dear to their hearts, including fighting hunger in the KC metro area through charities like Harvester. They are committed to helping at-risk youth, particularly LGBTQ+ youth, and in honor of their late daughter, they support organizations that address the needs of individuals with special needs.
