BS in mechanical engineering from Boston University, MBA in finance from Loyola Marymount University, engineer in the automotive industry for ~10 years, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt for various companies the last ~25 years. Widowed Dad of three kids, daughter 17 a junior in high school, two sons in college 19 and 21. Duke our 5 year old havanese dog. Hobbies include fitness, wine and cars.
How long have you lived in the area where you will be servicing? What is your favorite thing about the area?
I’ve lived in Southlake since 2009, all of my kids have gone / going to Carroll schools. Go Dragons! Great community, great high school football team and marching band! Proud member and Ambassador of the Southlake Chamber of Commerce, winner of Ambassador of the month and member of the month.
What were the reasons/motivations that prompted you to start your own business? What is the most exciting thing about your new business venture?
A lot of my career was spent making organizations more effective and efficient and I wanted to apply that to my own enterprise. It’s exciting to run my business how I want and serve my customers the best way I know how. We have over 100 perfect 5 star google reviews.
Tell us about the area you’ll be operating in. What is it like? Does it have unique features that you consider special? Any key landmarks, rivers, mountains, historical sites, points of interest? Please list all.
Southlake is most famous for it’s Town Square, it’s tight knit community, it’s great school system, great high school football team and marching band. It’s situated on the south side of Lake Grapevine.
Are there any charities and/or community organizations you donate to, participate in, or support? If so, which ones?
We support Grace in Grapevine, clean their windows for free and offer raffle prizes for their annual gala.
What will make your Sparkle Squad business different from other local competitors?
