Meet Ryan Woolfenden, Owner of Sparkle Squad of Newtown-Doylestown-Quakertown

Ryan Woolfenden brings over 25 years of international leadership experience at a Fortune 500 company. With a proven track record of developing and executing successful business solutions, Ryan is known for delivering customer value, deepening relationships, and energizing organizations. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Dynamics from La Salle University, graduating Maxima Cum Laude. His educational background has shaped his strengths in building high-performing teams, managing complexity, and leading through change. He also has hands-on technical expertise in collision repair, giving him a unique combination of practical skills and strategic thinking.

A Family Rooted in Community

A lifelong resident of Bucks County, Ryan has lived in Quakertown, PA for the past 23 years with his wife of 32 years, Michelle, and their children, Travis and Madison, along with their granddaughter, Lylah. The Woolfenden family has deep ties to their community, having served as coaches in youth baseball, football, and cheerleading.

Michelle (BSN) and Madison (RN) are both nurses, dedicated to caring for others. Travis holds a BS in Marketing, with professional experience in insurance and rental vehicle management, and played collegiate baseball. When not working, the family cherishes spending time together and giving back to the community they love.

A Legacy of Entrepreneurship

Business ownership runs in the Woolfenden family. Ryan’s parents were successful outdoor market entrepreneurs, and Ryan himself ran a small candy and trading card business during his teens. These early experiences instilled a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.

Michelle operated their family business for 20 years while raising their children, providing flexibility and support as Ryan advanced his corporate career. Travis and Madison also worked in the business, which helped ignite their own entrepreneurial passions from an early age.

We recently had the pleasure of having Sparkle Squad wash our house and clean our windows. The level of professionalism they employed and quality of work far exceeded our expectations.

Before the crew began, they made sure that we understood and were comfortable with the process, as well as the methods used to perform the work. From the preparation and protection of all of our plants and shrubbery, the covering of all lighting fixtures and any other items (Ring cameras, electrical outlets, security system, etc) that needed protection, it was expertly done.

The results of the Sparkle Squad’s work is simply amazing.

Garage doors that we had suspected were either putty or grey in color were suddenly white and matched our house. Gutters and soffits that were blackened and spotted from mold and spores now look like they were just hung.

You asked about the siding? It was also spotted with mold, black spores and green mosses – now all gone. Our twenty year old house looks brand new once again.

The front entrance, sliding glass doors and shutters all look great.

Sparkle Squad’s window cleaning left no streaks. Now the view from our windows is like looking at the outdoors in high definition.

We were always concerned with teenagers on ladders damaging our home. With 8 roofs the old fashion cleaners “twisted” their shoes on the shingles while cleaning the upper windows. This father and son team worked together ensuring every window and door was made totally spotless. !!! … No ladders are used. The telescoping poles can reach 4- floors from the ground. We would recommend SPARKLE as the best way to safely clean your windows.
