Meet the Owners
Brad Powell
Brad Powell holds a BA in Marketing from Texas State University. He is married to Amanda, who is also in the business world as a GVP with a national occupational medicine company. Together, they have three children. Brad is currently an AVP with the same organization and has over two decades of experience in the Denton County area. An avid golfer and outdoor enthusiast, Brad is eager to leverage his personal and professional relationships to grow Sparkle Squad and make a positive impact on the community.
Kevin Wever
Kevin Wever earned his BS in Business Administration from Lindenwood University. He moved to Texas in April 2023 with his wife and two boys. Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, and playing golf. With a fresh perspective and a passion for new ventures, Kevin is excited about the partnership with Brad and the opportunities ahead for Sparkle Squad.

Brad has always aspired to be self-employed and is passionate about working closely with the community. The opportunity to combine his business acumen with his love for the local area makes this venture particularly exciting for him.

Since relocating to Texas, Kevin sought a new and fulfilling endeavor. The collaboration with Brad and the potential to build a thriving business together have been significant motivators for him.

Brad is exploring various opportunities to determine where he can make the most significant impact within the community. Meanwhile, Kevin is a dedicated supporter of Gigi’s Playhouse and has previously served on their executive board. We believe in giving back and are committed to supporting local charities and organizations.
