Meet Reginald & Rhonda

Reginald Brooks is a retired school administrator and a native of Wake Forest, North Carolina. He holds both a BA and MA in public instruction and has dedicated much of his life to education and leadership. In his retirement, he continues to pursue his passions—he’s an award-winning photographer and a master behind the grill, known for hosting memorable cookouts and gatherings.

Rhonda Brooks, originally from Summerville, South Carolina, moved to North Carolina in 1994. She is a manager at a local utility company and holds both a BS and ME in mechanical engineering. Her career has been grounded in precision, systems thinking, and effective team management—all skills she brings into Sparkle Squad’s operations.

Their blended family includes five sons, one daughter-in-law, and five wonderful grandchildren. Whether they’re attending sporting events, golfing, or enjoying time with family, Reggie and Rhonda share a love of connection and community.
