About Peter and Maria Mobert
Maria holds a graduate degree in Administration and has been a leader in program management since 2008. Alongside her administrative career, she discovered a passion for Pilates, becoming an instructor in 2012. Her background reflects her dedication to personal growth and helping others achieve balance and well-being.
Peter is a software engineer with leadership experience in the corporate world since 2001. His problem-solving skills and technical expertise have helped him excel in delivering innovative solutions.
Together, Peter and Maria are the proud parents of a 10-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter. As a family, they love spending time outdoors—camping, biking, hiking, and enjoying board games at home.
The Moberts moved to Charlotte in 2012 from Boston, drawn by the area’s warm weather, affordable housing, and welcoming community. They immediately fell in love with the city’s vibrant culture, natural beauty, and family-friendly atmosphere, making it the perfect place to settle down and raise their children.

Peter and Maria’s decision to launch Sparkle Squad stems from their shared dream of owning a business. After years of working hard for their employers, they were inspired by a changing job market and their kids growing older to pursue this goal.
