Their journey began over 20 years ago when they moved to this beautiful area with a two-year plan, only to fall in love with the open spaces, easy access to trails, and breathtaking mountains. Now calling Arvada their home, they are perfectly positioned between the vibrant city of Denver and the majestic Rockies.
Meet Jeff
Jeff is a Master certified Audi technician with over two decades of experience. Throughout his career, he has not only honed his technical skills but also embraced the role of a mentor for new employees. His love for the outdoors is matched only by his dedication to customer service and community building. With a strong background in relationship building, Jeff brings a personable and outgoing approach to the business.
Meet Amber
Amber brings a wealth of experience from the financial services industry, where she has worked since 2008. She holds an MBA and has a passion for building strong, lasting relationships. Her experience in small business management and entrepreneurship has equipped her with the skills needed to run a successful enterprise. Amber thrives on creating cohesive teams and fostering a positive business environment.
Their Family
Jeff and Amber are blessed with two energetic boys, aged 5 and 10, who share their love for the great outdoors. As a family, they spend most weekends exploring the trails, mountain biking, hiking, and enjoying all the natural beauty that Colorado has to offer. Their commitment to the community and the outdoors is a core part of who they are.
Their Business Journey
For years, Jeff and Amber dreamed of owning a franchise and being in control of their own success and future. This dream, combined with Amber’s academic background in small business management and their shared passion for community engagement, led them to start Sparkle Squad. Their goal is to play a bigger role in the community while spending more time with their children and having the flexibility to be present in their lives.
