Sparkle Squad of North-Central San Antonio is proudly owned and operated by Ron Welter, a 23-year Army veteran with a passion for serving the community. After retiring from military service at Fort Sam Houston, Ron and his family planted roots in San Antonio, bringing with them a dedication to hard work, integrity, and treating every customer like family.
Meet the Owner, Ron Welter
Ron Welter holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Master’s in Human Resources and Operations Management. He’s been married to his high school sweetheart Lori for 24 years, and together they have a son who recently graduated from Texas Tech University. The Welter family shares their home with their beloved beagle, Buster, and enjoys crafting together, from pottery to woodworking. Weekends often find them tackling home improvement projects, reflecting their hands-on, can-do spirit.
Calling San Antonio Home
Having lived in San Antonio for four years, Ron and his family love the warm weather, abundant hiking and biking trails, and the city’s vibrant, military-friendly community. With easy access to everything Texas offers, they’re proud to call San Antonio their forever home after years of traveling with the military.

Inspired by years of working alongside his father in the family construction business, Ron brings a lifetime of dedication and craftsmanship to Sparkle Squad. Starting his own business is a way to reconnect with his son and create a family legacy, making up for time spent apart during military deployments.
