Ryan Fraser is the proud owner of Sparkle Squad of Morristown-Montclair-Secaucus, bringing a strong business background, entrepreneurial mindset, and deep local ties to Northern New Jersey. A graduate of The Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina, Ryan studied real estate and finance, setting the stage for his future in business ownership. It was also at UNC where he met his wife, Jessica, and together, they have built both a family and a business. They now call Essex Fells, New Jersey home, where they are raising their two daughters, Ivy (5) and Lilian (3), who keep them busy and bring endless joy to their lives.
When he’s not working, Ryan loves spending time at the southern New Jersey shore, where he grew up and continues to create lasting memories with his family. Golf has also been a lifelong passion, and he enjoys both playing and following the sport. Since moving to Montclair in 2013, he and Jessica have developed a strong network of friends and enjoy the area’s renowned restaurant scene and cultural attractions—though dining out has taken a backseat since having kids.
Northern New Jersey offers a perfect mix of suburban charm, history, and urban convenience. From Montclair’s thriving arts scene and South Mountain Reservation’s stunning trails to Morristown’s Revolutionary War landmarks and the entertainment hubs of Hoboken and the Meadowlands, the region is dynamic and full of opportunity. Ryan is excited to serve this diverse community while staying actively involved in local initiatives.
Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Ryan has always envisioned himself as a business owner. His goal is to bring a fresh, differentiated approach to exterior cleaning, leveraging advanced techniques, local expertise, and a strong service-first mentality. With a focus on building a team and helping people grow professionally, he is eager to make Sparkle Squad of Morristown-Montclair-Secaucus a trusted name in the industry.
