Tom earned a BA in Business Administration from Doane University and an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He has worked in the analytics field for over a decade and has a passion for using data to inform decision-making and process improvement. In his spare time he is an avid DIY-er and enjoys coaching youth sports.
Kelly
Before starting this business, Kelly spent 11 years as a teacher-working closely with students, families, and communities. In 2020, she decided to stay home to support her growing family. Those years taught her the value of hard work, the importance of building meaningful relationships, and the joy of making a positive difference in someone’s day. With that same passion, Kelly will bring dedication, care, and connection into people’s lives-this time, through the simple but powerful act of cleaning windows.

We have lived in Colorado for 11 years, the last four of which have been in Erie, CO where we love the small-town feel, access to the outdoors and growing sense of community. The front range continues to grow rapidly, and we are excited to bring the safety and efficiency of Sparkle Squad’s technology to this area so residents can embrace the stunning mountain views and Colorado sunshine.
Motivation
We are starting this business to create more opportunity for ourselves and our kids, and have direct control over our future. After going through our most recent home-building experience, we understand the importance and value of “the experience”. We take pride in being reliable, providing open, consistent communication, and delivering perfect work. It’s important to provide quality service and give the client more than what they expect.
