Nate’s professional background includes over a decade of experience in project management and operations, having worked with mission-driven startups where he became known as the go-to generalist. He’s led teams and developed systems across HR, finance, recruiting, legal, and vendor management, often stepping in to handle complex initiatives that didn’t yet warrant a dedicated hire. This wide-ranging expertise now supports the foundation of his Sparkle Squad business, where he emphasizes high standards, team development, and exceptional service.
Family Life and Eco-Friendly Living
At home in Boston, Nate lives with his wife and two daughters—and a not-so-typical group of four pet rats. The family embraces an eco-conscious lifestyle, relying primarily on electric commuter and cargo bikes to navigate the city. Nate’s wife helps run a local e-bike lending library, offering neighbors the chance to test out donated bikes for free, helping promote sustainable urban mobility.
