Meet the Owners: Andrew and Nicole Bartman
Andrew and Nicole Bartman have been married for over 15 years. After years of moving around the country for Andrew’s baseball career, they are now planting roots in Holly Springs, North Carolina. They have two daughters, Kendall and Micah who you might spot dancing, handing out flyers, or washing a window or two!
Andrew’s 20-year baseball coaching career has been centered around developing teams and building strong relationships. His leadership roles at USA Baseball and the American Baseball Coaches Association highlight his dedication to mentorship and community engagement, values he now brings to Sparkle Squad’s commitment to service and opportunity creation.
With over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition, Nicole brings strategic expertise to Sparkle Squad. She has led recruitment efforts for top organizations, focusing on community engagement. Nicole ensures that every employee feels valued, and she is committed to extending the company’s mission through active community involvement.
